"Sida acuta" Yoruba name Iseketu (Common wireweed) Let's check this leaf again, am on it and is very effective on me. It is used to treat; bacteria in the body system, severe waist/ankle pain, lower abdominal pain during menstruation, hormonal imbalance, discharge from breast while not breastfeeding, irregular menstruation, watery sperm and quick ejaculation............. Uproot a good quantity of iseketu (common wireweed) leaves. Wash properly with salt water(warm), after washing, cut into sizes that will fit in your pot, add five litters of water to it and boil for 30min; you start counting your 30min once you sense the water is getting warm. After 30min, put off the fire and allow to cool, remove the leaves and cover the water solution in your pot, wait till the following morning, warm the water solution, take half a cup of the water, add a tea spoon of "ashes" ashes is a good source of calcium. (you get ashes from burning charcoal or wood) mix the tea spoon of ashes with half a cup of your water solution and drink. Take it morning and night for seven days, after seven days prepare another one and take for another seven days....... Making fourteen days all together! Make sure you warm it each time before taking. There are other two types of leaves that will be posted as a sub under this one!
